A detached house that has big garden is the mainstream in New Zealand. So fruits grow in garden are eaten as between meal. New Zealand people eat don't peel fruit. It is custom of New Zealand.So people can eat fruits anywhere.

Many fruits grow ripe the whole year. The main producing area is North Island. The reason is that this area is very warm.

Recently, cultivation and export of tropical fruit is increase. Parhaps, we can get this tropical fruit only high rank fruit shop in Japan.

I want to talk about fruit of New Zealand.

I introduce 4 kinds of fruits

Feijoa,Dragon Fruit, Tangelo,KiwiFruit

・Feijoa

This fruit is kind of guava . It have a uniqueness smell and sweetness.

It is very popular in New Zealand.

It is cutten in half and people eat the middle of this sarcocarp.

Sarcocarp is like jelly.

It is also used the juice and jam.

・Pitaya/Dragon Fruit

It is the cactus family. This fruit diameter is15 centimeter.

This fruit have 2 different color dark pink and yellow.

It has many nutrition . Protein ,vitamin,mineral.

It cure the diabetes.

・Tangelo

This fruit is a hybrid of tangerin orange and

grape fruit. It has a sweetness like an Iyokan.

A thin skin is very soft. So we don't need to peel the skin.The color of this skin is yellow and it shape is distorted.

・Kiwi Fruit

This fruit is a leader of New Zealand fruit.Recently the goolden type become popular.This sarcocarp is yellow. It is very sweet.

Originally,Halloween was a harvest festival of Celtics. From the origin it was event of an Anglo-Saxon.

The　Celtics had faith in many nature gods. Especially, god of sun charged the harvest and the work. So they thought it was very important. Even more they determined the November 1 was the first day of the year. The reason is that they thought cold and dark day start from this day. The legend of Celtics the god of sun was taken as a hostage by the god of death and price of darkness. The god of death invited the dead person and devil. So people got the new fire. They danced around the fire to drive off the devil. Also they did the parade. And they wore the costume made by fur of animals.　


Also Roman Catholic did festival. A church determined the November 1 is “All Saints’ Day” in 835. They recalled the messengers and burn the bonfire. People wore the costume of angel and devil and did the parade.

Do you know jack o lantern?

Halloween
Halloween is October 31. Do you know jack o lantern? It makes with orange pumpkin. It is usually have a terrible face. I think you know the trick or treat.　Both of that is famous in Japan. I said Halloween is the October 31 but ancient time it is November 1. The day is called “All Saint’s Day” and it is event of christen.　Also they call the previous day of this day “All Halloween’s Eve” After that “All Halloween’s Eve” become a Halloween. So actually it is religion event of the Celts. They wished the harvest of autumn and they recall the family and friend who dead.

Now I want to talk about the origin of jack o lantern. Do you know the reason why the pumpkin lantern called jack o lantern? There are a lot of origins. I want to introduce most famous story. The man called stingy Jack treated the devil. After he died he finally arrived at gate of Hell. The transaction with devil . But Jack didn't allowed go to Hell. He has to wander the dark load .Then he uses a turnip that is lighted. So this is called jack o lantern.

And now people trust that the terrible face of jack o lantern can get rid of bad sprit.

All About Halloween

My favorite movie
Music and lylics
I saw this movie in theater with my mother and sister last year. The movie is love story . The movie’s cast is Hugh Grant ,Drew Barrymore, Grand Garrett, Kristen Johnston , Camobell Scott, Haley Bennett. . I like the character Drew Barrymore play. . Her unmanageable face crying face are very cute. She is very activity and positive thinking. Her looks is beautiful and fashionable . She is longing of girls.

I want to introduce story a little .
This　is the story of the star of 80’s. Now he is only do small event for middle age women. His age come close to him. However the chance come to him . The singer cola ask him to offer the new song. His music write talent is long time left. And he poor at write the lyrics. At that time , a girl who does part-time work, at his room song to oneself the pharse. He thinks it is very good. He thinks she is the best partner. She refuse to write the love song but his melody start again. Thanks to her talent.

That is the first time Hugh Grant sing the song and dance. The clothes imitate the 80’s.

The time the cola’s concert open the love song opening dramatic. It makes people happy.

Also I have the CD of sound track it is very good too. I recommend it too.

My summer vacation

●PARTTIME JOB ●

I started to work the restaurant I learned from other clerk and manager I failured the work as cashier and I made a line people who waiting . My mistake made costomer angryed. This is my first part time job I learn many things.

Next, I want to introduce the menus of resutaurante. This　is coffe jelly it is in the salada beer. This is the thing I want to recommend. I like it . It is very sweet and good-tasting. And this beef is special. Because the bull eat the dregs of the wine of grape. So it has a lot of fat. It is the most special menu of this resutraurante.And people can eat the rice dispatch from Nigata prefecture　it is very fresh .

Now my resutraurante hand out coupon ticket that makes the drink beer free.

●DRIVING SCHOOL ●
I went to a driving school . The first time my practice I couldn’t control the handle and I feel frighten. S cave and turn crank is very difficult for me. But I like my teacher we talked many thing this is very fun for me. Finally I can get the driving license . I said thank you to my teacher . We were glad with my success in test together. 　I　sorry to say I technique test three time . I failure the jugment of trafic light. And my teacher scolded to me. When I scolded I think very sadly.I was depressed . After that I considered again. I think the car can beome the machine that can kill the peoples. I think car is conconvenient . However you drive violent . it cause the accident that take the person's precious life. I want to consciousness that forever.

●FAMILY TRIP ●
I went to Nagano with my family I got on the monorail. This place is very high and we could see a very big fall. And very shap precipice . We walked and went up. We don't have so many time go to play with family,so it is a very important time. My father is busy with work so this trip also become a father's rest. 　But I became oxygen shortage in monorail . And just a little time I can't see anything. I was very frightened. But I rest sometime
